Digital Banking Transformation

Coming June 30, 2026

A fresh new online & mobile banking experience is coming soon

We’re transforming our digital banking system to bring you a more modern, intuitive, and feature-rich way to bank online or from your phone.

Current digital banking users will need to take a few steps before and after go-live to prepare for the transition and access the new platform.

Customers who do not currently use online or mobile banking can continue banking as they normally would, with no interruption to their regular banking experience.

Key dates to keep in mind

For the full list of changes and important dates, see below, and check this page often to get the latest updates as the upgrade date approaches.

As we prepare for this transition, some digital banking services will become limited or unavailable before the full transition weekend begins.

Please review the timeline below and plan ahead for any online banking, mobile banking, transfer, Bill Pay, mobile deposit, or business banking needs.

June 30

New Digital Banking Platform Goes Live

Beginning at 10:00 AM, you can access the new platform, update your bookmark, and download the new mobile app.

Reminder: Franklin Savings Bank will never call, text, or email you asking for your password, secure access code, or account information.

Stay Alert for Fraud

Franklin Savings Bank will share digital banking upgrade information through trusted channels, including our website, email, branch communications, and other official bank channels.

Online banking text alerts will come from 99588 or 86434. Email alerts will come from alerts@franklinsavings.bank or notifications@franklinsavings.bank.

We will never call, text, or email asking for your online banking password, secure access code, full account number, debit card PIN, or other sensitive personal information.

Download the new Franklin Savings Bank mobile app directly from the App Store or Google Play Store on or after Tuesday, June 30.

If something seems suspicious, do not click links or provide information.

How does this impact you?

“I currently use digital banking”

This upgrade will impact how you log in and use online and mobile banking after go-live.

You will need to download the new mobile app, reset your password the first time you log in, and review a few account settings.

“I do not use digital banking”

This upgrade will not impact how you bank.

The only change is that if you decide to start using online or mobile banking in the future, you’ll experience a fresh new interface with more features than ever before.

How can you prepare?

Ahead of Transition Weekend

Before online and mobile banking become temporarily unavailable on Friday, June 26 at 5:00 PM, we recommend reviewing the following:

Review your existing one-time and recurring transfers. These will be preserved during the upgrade.
Review your current account alerts. Account alerts will not transfer into the new online banking platform, so you will need to set them up again after go-live.
Take note of any account nicknames you use. Nicknames may not be carried over to the new platform.
Plan ahead for digital banking needs. This includes online banking, mobile banking, transfers, and mobile deposit.
Be prepared for temporary digital banking downtime. Online and mobile banking will be unavailable from 5:00 PM Friday, June 26, through 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 30.

After Platform Go-Live

The new digital banking platform will be available on Tuesday, June 30 at 10:00 AM. Once it is live, current digital banking users should:

Log in for the first time. Use your existing Login ID. When logging in for the first time, click “Forgot your password” to create a new password. Please note: Online banking security has been enhanced, and passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters.
Download the new app. Download the new Franklin Savings Bank mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store on or after June 30.
Update saved links or bookmarks. Update any saved links or bookmarks you use to access online banking.
Review your account settings. Verify account nicknames and re-establish them if needed. Set up account alerts in the new platform, as existing alerts will not carry over. New! Security alerts have been added to the current account alert offerings.
Review payments and transfers. Verify one-time and recurring transfers under the Transfers & Payments tab. Accounting and reconciliation software will not be immediately available at launch but is expected to become available within 24 hours following go-live.
